We are a registered Christian Charity (1189275) seeking to transform lives through the provision of temporary accommodation and services for those who are homeless and at risk of homelessness through supported housing and other projects
We are a supported housing scheme with a Christian Ethos but open and inclusive of anyone needing support. We work holistically with each individual through work related projects, counselling, support for tenancy management, and removal of barriers to independent living and recovery. We aim that through our work we will demonstrate and share the Love of God in action to bring change and hope for a better future with those we serve. We first and foremost aspire to be a community working together of trustees, staff, volunteers and residents. By forming good community and relationships we believe this is a key to change and success.

Our Keys to change
We currently offer support for women and men in separate housing, each with an Individally tailored package to help each individual move towards overcoming barriers towards independent living. Each resident will have a support worker assigned to assist with their journey to success.
Work and Education
We have a small allotment for growing vegetables and fruits. this project is open for other groups and individuals to join in. Contact us for more details.
We provide cooking lessons and volunteer opportunites for catering both to improve skills for life and supporting others in need.
We offer residents help with basic skills literacy and work with small business, individuals, churches and charities to match the resident's interests with a meaningful experience of work. We also find courses and help with further education or practical skills.
We are able to offer residents one days's work experience per week to make wood working projects which We are forward looking and want to find ways to further enhance our residents experinces with our project. We aim to extend this to further days during 2024.
We currently offer free membership at a local leisure centre with a Gym, fitness classes and swimming, to encourage health and well being.
Building Community together
We believe one of the most important keys to change is new community, and opportunities to socialise within a postive peer group, growing in trust of people once again.
We seek to provide time for residents to meet together and enjoy various social activities and bring all residents, staff, volunteers and trustees together a few times a year to develop relationships where the trust needed for change can grow. One of our core values is we aspire to be like a family promoting love and respect of one another.
Recovery Courses
Another key of change is recovery courses. We also run a Christian recovery and relapse programme called "Genesis" where residents have the opportunity to explore tools and processes to understand the roots of their problems and addictions, and find new things about themselves their value, purpose and meaning in life.
Counselling and Other specialist support
We offer residents access to our counscelling service and also refer residents to other agencies for specialist support, including mental health services, alcohol and drug services(CGL).We also have good contacts with Christian organisations providing 9 month to 2 years rehab programme for more complex needs.
Please get in touch with us for anymore information, to ask about spaces for new referrals, or if you are interested in supporting us financially or as a volunteer.
For Volunteer opportunities we will provide full training
